Sanshay ("we", "us", "our") is a marketing company based in Crossing Republik, Ghaziabad, India. This policy explains what information we collect through sanshay.com, why we collect it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us through the enquiry form on this website:

• Your name, email ID and phone number
• Your company or brand name
• The service you are interested in, your industry and, if you share it, a budget range
• Any message you write to us
• The address of the page from which the form was sent

If you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or Instagram, we also receive whatever you share with us there.

How we use it

• To register your enquiry and issue you a Lead ID
• To contact you about your enquiry by email, phone or WhatsApp
• To send you service emails about the progress of your enquiry
• To prepare proposals and deliver the services you engage us for
• To keep ordinary business records

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send unrelated marketing.

Consent

By submitting the enquiry form you consent to our using your information for the purposes above. You may withdraw that consent at any time by writing to us at the address below.

Who can see it

Your enquiry is seen by the Sanshay team members who handle new business. It is stored and processed using Google Workspace services (Google Sheets and Gmail), which act as our service providers. We share your information with no one else, unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as they are needed to respond to you, to carry out any work we do together, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. When they are no longer needed, we delete them.

Cookies and third-party services

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Its typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. Links to WhatsApp and Instagram take you to services governed by their own privacy policies.

Security

Access to enquiry records is restricted to authorised team members, and the website is served over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you share.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you
• Correct or update it
• Delete it
• Stop contacting you

Children

This website is intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
